The USMLE Residency Mentor Program was established by dedicated physicians and International Medical Graduates (IMGs) who have personally navigated the challenges of the residency match process. Recognizing the need for a support system catered to IMGs, we aim to help them achieve their goal of practicing medicine in the United States.
